The Department of State Health Services (“Receiving Agency,” “System Agency,” or “DSHS”) and The University of Texas at Austin (“Performing Agency” or “Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively “Parties,” to that certain agreement for the Electronic Health Records (“EHR”) project, effective September 1, 2020, and denominated as DSHS Contract No. HHS000761700001 (the “Contract”), now want to further amend the Contract.
