This Contract is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and All For Kids Organization, a California private non-profit corporation, and Olive Crest, a California private non-profit corporation, and Human Options, Inc., a California private non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Oak View Family Resource Center” or “CONTRACTOR.” This Contract shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
