This Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Office of the Secretary of State, a Washington State governmental agency (“OSOS”) and Allovus Design, Inc., a WA Profit Corporation (“Contractor”) and is dated and effective as of January 30, 2025. OSOS and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
