This contract for independent review organization (“IRO”) services is between the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Medical Evaluators of Texas ASO, LLC (“Contractor”) (the “Contract”). HHSC and Contractor may be referred to in this Contract individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
