THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Graham Tire Company of Lincoln, LLC, 2121 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE 68521, hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter called the “Owners”.
