THIS AMENDMENT NO. 6 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 and Belfor USA Group Inc., located at 11525-B Stonehollow Drive, Suite 235, Austin, Texas 78758 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”) to amend the original Contract for Remediation Services, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
