The Agreement is made this day of 2023, by and between Goodman Specialized Vehicles, LLC, of 17020 Patrick Henry Highway, Amelia, Virginia 23002 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
