Anaheim Blvd, Suite 620, Anaheim, CA 92805 and MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC US, INC., (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), with a place of business at 5900-A Katella Ave Cypress CA 90630, with City and Contractor sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
