This guarantee is between seller and buyer and is non-transferable in whole or part. The health of this puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours through examination by a veterinarian at the option and expense of the buyer. If the dog is found to have a terminal health issue, and written documentation of the condition is presented to the seller in those same 72 hours, the seller shall refund 100% of the purchase price, provided the dog and registration papers (if applicable) are returned to the seller at shared shipping expense. The seller has the right to involve the seller’s veterinarian to determine what is considered to be terminal.
