WHEREAS, the cities of Reno and Sparks and Washoe County have entered into a Cooperative Agreement for Services Related to the Operations of the Homeless Community Assistance Center among the City of Reno, Washoe County and the City of Sparks (the “Cooperative Agreement”); and

THIS CONTRACT, entered into as of this 1ST day of July 2015, by and between the CITY OF RENO, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada and acting as the Lead Entity for Community Assistance Center operations (hereinafter referred to as the "Lead"), and Volunteers of America, Greater Sacramento and Northern Nevada (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
