THIS AMENDMENT NO. 5 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 5”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Universal Protection Services, LP, dba Allied Universal Security Services, with its principal place of business located at 1812 Centre Creek Drive, Austin, Texas 78754 (hereinafter referred to as “Allied Universal”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”) to amend the Uniformed Security Officer Services Contract known as TFC Contract No. 18-040-000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), as amended.
