The City accepts the Contractor’s Offer for the above requirement and enters into the following Contract. This Contract is between Purcell Road Media, LLC dba Truscribe having offices at 5944 Seminole Centre Court, #140, Fitchburg, Wisconsin 53711 and the City, a home−rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Solicitation.
