Anaheim Blvd, Suite 620, Anaheim, CA 92805 and HPS West, Inc, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), with a place of business at 1180 E Francis St. Suite F, Ontario, CA 91761, with City and Contractor sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
