Ordering is possible through the electronic OT reservation system or in written form by filling out a printed order form and sending it by fax or by post. The contract is sealed by Optima through the confirmation of the booking, which is forwarded by fax or sent by post to the customer or to the mediating travel agency immediately after being processed.
