THIS AMENDMENT #1 (the "Amendment"), effective on the date of the Office of General Services signature, by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Office of General Services’ Procurement Services, located at the 38th Floor, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242 (“OGS”), and LPA Software Solutions, LLC, (hereinafter "Contractor"), with offices at 400 Linden Oaks, Suite 140, Rochester, NY 14625, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”).
