This Agreement is between the Pensacola & Perdido Bays Estuary Program, hereinafter referred to as “PPBEP”, with its corporate address being 226 Palafox Place, Pensacola, FL 32502, the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners acting as fiscal agent for PPBEP, hereinafter referred to as “County”, and Mississippi State University, a governmental entity of the State of Mississippi, hereinafter referred to as "MSU", with its address at P. O. Box 6101, Mississippi State, Mississippi 39762 for and on behalf of its University Television Center.
