THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, located at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 on behalf of its Citizens’ Commission for Children Division (“COUNTY”), and THE SALVATION ARMY, A GEORGIA CORPORATION, for The Salvation Army Orlando, a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, located at 416 W. Colonial Drive Orlando, FL 32804. The COUNTY and the AGENCY may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
