This CONTROL ALGORITHM LICENSE AGREEMENT effective as of December 23, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between TRUSTEES OF BOSTON UNIVERSITY, a Massachusetts non-profit corporation with a principal address at One Silber Way, Boston, MA 02215 (the “University”) and BETA BIONICS, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, having a place of business at 22 Putnam Rd., Acton, MA 01720 (as further defined herein, Licensee). (University and Licensee may each be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
