, IN CONJUNCTION WITH QUALITY FOODS. THESE STANDARDS MUST BE UNDERSTOOD AND MET AT ALL TIMES OF COOKOUT OPERATIONS. ANY WRONG DOING OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE EVENT COOKOUT. IN AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU WERE MADE AWARE OF FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES AND PROPER HEALTH CODE SANITATION PRACTICES AND WILL AGREE TO FOLLOW THEM TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY.
