Agreement shall be read so as to supersede any conflicting clauses concerning occupational safety and health which may exist in any collective bargaining agreement. However, should the collective bargaining agreement provide more protection than this Agreement, then as to those clauses, the collective bargaining agreement shall supersede this Agreement for members of the Union.
