This Data Sharing and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Foundation for California Community Colleges, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization ("Foundation"), on behalf of the California College Guidance Initiative ("CCGI"), and the [INSERT] DISTRICT (“District”), to set forth the roles and responsibilities of the Parties related to District’s uploading of its students Education Records to www.CaliforniaColleges.edu or hereinafter ("CaliforniaColleges Website") and Foundation’s provision of account support services on the CaliforniaColleges Website.
