Accession Agreement means the agreement by which DCUSA Ltd and each Party agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Act means the Electricity Act 1989. Advanced Data Service has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code. Affected Party has the meaning given to that term in Clause 55.1. Affiliate means, in relation to any person, any holding company of that person, any subsidiary of that person or any subsidiary of a holding company of that person, in each case within the meaning of Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006. Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators means the agency of that name established under Regulation 2009/713/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 as construed as reference to and read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex II of Regulation 2019/942/EU establishing a European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (recast), and as it had effect immediatelybefore IP Completion Day.
