This Restrictions Concerning Unit 200 of 460 Swede Alley (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of September 12, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Community Wireless of Park City, Inc., a Utah non-profit company (“PCCW”), and Park City Redevelopment Agency, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”).
