WHEREAS, the Township of Moorestown and Moorestown Family Apartments LLC, an entity of the Walters Group (hereinafter referred to as “MFA”) entered into a Development and Land Transfer Agreement authorized by Resolution 166-2021, dated June 14, 2021, with regard to the construction, ownership, operation and management of an affordable housing rental unit project to be developed consisting of fifty percent (50%) market rate units and fifty percent (50%) affordable rental dwelling units (the “Project”); and
