These terms and conditions and annexes (“Terms”) together with the Account Agreement, Schedule of Charges and any other ancillary documents will constitute a legal agreement between you and LGT Wealth Management Jersey Limited (“LGT Wealth Management Jersey”, “LGT WMJ”) and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (“we” or “us”). For the purposes of this Agreement, “Associate” or “Associates” shall mean, in relation to a company, any company which is a subsidiary or holding body of that company or a subsidiary of any such holding company and any individual, partnership or other unincorporated association or firm which has direct or indirect control of that company and any company which is directly or indirectly controlled by any such individual, partnership or other unincorporated association or firm,
