Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or limited liability company (“Proposer”) wishing to submit a Proposal to operate this Display Advertising Management Concession (the “Concession”) for the operation of a display advertising management concession in Terminals A, B, and C at Orlando International Airport ("Airport") pursuant to the Display Advertising Management Concession Agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) (Volume A, Item II) shall complete this form in full. This Eligibility and Proposal Form shall be completed by the Proposer and, unless otherwise directed, each question shall be answered with respect to the Proposer. This Eligibility and Proposal Form is provided in a writable format and shall be completed, executed and electronically submitted as the original document constituting your Proposal.
