This Amendment Number Two to that certain Contract Number 75245 for the provision of Document Imaging and Microfilm Conversion Services dated March 16, 2005, as modified by Amendment Number One dated November 9, 2005 (hereinafter collectively “Contract”), is entered into this day of , 2006 by and between the County of Los Angeles (hereinafter “County”) and Global 360, Inc. (hereinafter “Contractor”) for Contractor to provide Document Imaging and Microfilm Conversion Services to County's Public Defender and Alternate Public Defender.
