THIS AGREEMENT made as of this day of June, 2021, (hereinafter called the “execution date”) by and between DeKalb County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), and Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), shall constitute the terms and conditions under which the Contractor shall provide housing stability services and administrative costs services for the County.
