This Amendment No. 1 to that certain Emergency Back-End Registry Operator Agreement, dated as of 21 August 2019 (the “2019 EBERO Agreement”), by and between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and Nominet UK, a private company limited by guarantee and organized under the laws of England and Wales (“EBERO Service Provider”), as further amended by the Addendum to the 2019 EBERO Agreement, dated 21 August 2019 (the “Addendum” and together with the 2019 EBERO Agreement, the “EBERO Agreement”) is between ICANN and EBERO Service Provider (“Amendment”) and is dated as of 30 January 2025 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). ICANN and EBERO Service Provider are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” Capitalized terms used and not defined herein will have the respective meanings given thereto in the EBERO Agreement.
