This End-User License & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between (a) you, either an individual or the entity that you represent (the “User”) and (b) Thinxtream Technologies Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with its office at 220 Orchard Road, #05-01 Midpoint Orchard, Singapore 238852 (the “Company”), that governs the User’s use of the Product and Services.
