These Enterprise Customer Terms of Service (the “Terms”) between Everlaw, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Everlaw”) and [INSERT CUSTOMER NAME] (the “Customer”), are effective upon their execution below and execution of an Order Form referencing these Terms (an “Order Form,” and together with these Terms, the “Agreement”).
