These Enterprise License Terms are entered into by and between SaltStack, Inc., a Delaware corporation with office located at 2801 N. Thanksgiving Way Suite 150, Lehi, UT 84043 (“SaltStack”) and Customer (as defined below). These terms will apply to the procurement of Products (as defined below) as set forth in the applicable Sales Order (as defined below). The procurement of Services (as defined below), if any, is governed by the SaltStack Master Services Agreement (located at www.saltstack.com/terms) except as otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties.
