By accepting the offer on Snowflake, Customer is agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms of the Order and the Agreement, its payment obligations hereunder and in the Order. Defined terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Order.
