This Snowflake Marketplace data.world Enterprise User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date that Customer accepts the Offer on Snowflake Marketplace or enters into a written agreement with data.world regarding the subject matter hereof or the Reseller Order is accepted or entered into between the Reseller and data.world (the “Effective Date”) and sets forth the terms and conditions governing Customer’s use of the Services provided through data.world’s proprietary software products, any applicable Client-Side Module, and the provision to Customer of other services in connection with those products. By accepting the offer on Snowflake, Customer is agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement and acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms of the Order and the Agreement, its payment obligations hereunder and in the Order. Defined terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Order.
