It is the sole responsibility of each participant to secure the area assigned to them and the belongings contained therein. The Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama Indian Festival Committee assumes no liability for any personal loss or injury to the participant, participant’s staff, and/or booth guest, nor any loss, damage, or theft of any individual’s belongings, nor shall the Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama be required to provide insurance for any damage or loss to any individual or any individual’s property.
