Terms and Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your Event registration. These terms and conditions apply between the person, firm, company or other entity specified on your booking form (“you,” “your” or “Attendee”) and Questex Asia (“Questex”), which is the owner, organizer, operator and/or manager of the event/conference specified on your booking form (“Event”), for attendee / delegate registrations for the Event. By submitting your registration to attend the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Mimecast virtual events (each an “Event”) and are a binding agreement between the applicable Mimecast entity hosting the Event ("we", “us”, “our”) and you. By registering for the Event and paying the registration fee (if applicable), you accept the Terms set forth below and you represent to Mimecast that you are at least 21 years of age prior to the first day of the Event and are authorized to enter into these Terms. If you do not wish to accept these Terms, then you cannot attend or participate in the Event. Registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than any posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. The Terms shall be effective as of the date we acknowledge we have accepted you as an attendee of the Event.

The Terms and Condition include and incorporate by reference NFPA’s privacy policy. This is a legal agreement between you, single named end user (“you” or “your”) and the Fire Protection Research Foundation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and if you do not accept them, do not register for the Event. If any terms and conditions contained in a purchase order, customer invoice, or customer confirmation supplement or conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of these Terms and Conditions will prevail and such additional, contrary, or different terms will have no force or effect.
