This agreement is entered into by EXCALIBUR HOTEL (PTY) LTD. T/A Excalibur Boutique Hotel and you THE CLIENT, of which the parties’ duties and obligations are set out in the following terms and conditions. The CLIENT and EXCALIBUR BOUTIQUE HOTEL hereby acknowledge to have read, fully understood and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and their intention is indicated by their mark made below. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable in terms of South African Law.

Please be advised, the purchase and/or use of a Ticket to, and/or entry into, the Event shall constitute Your unconditional acceptance to be bound by (i) any and all of the terms and conditions contained within this agreement (this “Agreement”) between the purchaser and/or ticket holder (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) and City Heights Community Development Corporation (“CHCDC”) to attend all or part of the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, Your presence at the Event will be governed by this Agreement.

In the event of the cancellation of the Event due to acts of God (Force Majeure), including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, riots, strikes, political unrest, or any other occurrence beyond the control of the Event Organizer, no entry fee shall be refunded to the participant.
