This Execution Agent Agreement is entered into as of December 22, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Invesco Capital Management LLC (“Invesco”) and Galaxy Digital Funds LLC (“Galaxy”). Invesco and Galaxy may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
