This EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF AI ARCHITECT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of July 14, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between Rahul Mewawalla (the “Executive”) and Phunware, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
