Enclosed is the fully ratified Final Site-Wide Programmatic Agreement for the Oak National Laboratory (ORNL) on the Oak Ridge Reservation, County, Tennessee. The Programmatic Agreement was approved by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (Council) on February 23,2005, and acceptance and approval by the Council completes the requirements of Section 1 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the Council's regulations.
