This is a Fire Management Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between The Nature Conservancy, a non-profit organization, hereinafter referred to as the “Conservancy,” and The City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency.” This agreement is to facilitate cooperation of the two parties in wildland fire management. The Agency and the Conservancy shall be referred to individually hereinafter as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
