The Ventura Police Department (VPD) currently has two separate agreements with Axon Enterprises (Axon) for body-worn video (BWV) and Conducted Energy Devices (CED), otherwise known as “Tasers." VPD seeks to merge the two separate agreements into a singular five-year contract.
