These PGG Wrightson FlexiStock Standard Conditions, together with the Facility Application, contain the terms on which we have agreed to make available a Facility to you. This Agreement is made between the Lender, each Borrower and each Guarantor named in the Facility Application. The Lender is Heartland Bank Limited.
