This Framework Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced on DD/MM/YYYY and, subject to Clause 2.2 below, shall continue in force until DD/MM/YYYY unless the parties agree, no later than DD/MM/YYYY, that the Framework Agreement shall be extended to DD/MM/YYY (inclusive).Such extension shall apply to all of the Project Services or to such Project Services as the parties may agree pursuant to this Clause 2.1.
