These specifications set out APETRA’s procedure for the replacement of finished oil products. These specifications and its annexes, in particular the Framework contract for Product replacement, of which a current version, which APETRA may amend from time to time, is attached as Appendix 1, set out the rights and obligations of the contracting party (“the Partner”) and APETRA.
