The following framework for the resumption of in-person instruction shall be submitted by the Union to its membership for ratification. This Agreement will be in effect through August 24, 2021. If the City of Chicago has not reached Phase 5 of the Illinois Reopening plan by that date, the parties will meet and confer, with the use of a mediator, on appropriate modifications to this Agreement.
