The Parties to this Framework Vehicle Lease Agreement are the International Organization for Migration, a related organization of the United Nations, acting through its [insert name of office, e.g., Mission in XXX], [Address of the Mission], represented by [Name, Title of Director, Chief of Mission, or Head of Office], hereinafter referred to as “IOM,” and [Name of the Service Provider], [Address], represented by [Name, Title of the representative of the Other Party], hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.” IOM and the Service Provider are also hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
