We look to SDOT’s mission, vision, and values to guide this program. We also draw from the goals of our Seattle Transportation Plan, Transportation Equity Framework, Climate Change Response Framework, and the strategies our New Mobility Playbook sets out for managing emerging mobility services. The permit requirements establish additional program-specific goals for the permit cycle beginning April 1, 2025. These goals are a lens we will use to evaluate Vendor performance and permit renewal.
