These General Terms of Services ("GTS") and the documents to which they refer, form a contract ("Contract") between OVH Hosting Limited, headquartered at 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square West Dublin 2 D02 NX53, Ireland, registered under the number 468585 ("OVHcloud"), and any natural or legal person, consumer or professional, private or public law entity ordering or using OVHcloud Services ("Client"). The GTS define the conditions of provision and use of OVHcloud's Services under the Contract. OVHcloud and the Client are referred to, individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

These general terms of service (hereinafter the "General Terms of Services") are entered into between Scaleway, a French simplified joint stock company ("société par actions simplifiée") with a share capital of 214,410.50 euros, having its registered office at 8, rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France, and registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 433 115 904 (hereinafter "Scaleway") and any natural or legal person being the Contract older and subscribing to any Services provided by Scaleway (hereinafter the "Client").
