The Generation Plan Scheme is one of the agreements reached by parties in relation to the sustainable employability of employees. The scheme offers employees who are within five years of their AOW entitlement age the option of taking extraordinary leave whilst retaining part of their salary and accruing their full pension. The aim of the scheme is to facilitate the ability of employees to continue working in a fit and healthy manner until they reach the AOW entitlement age.
