Pursuant to the Agreement (“Agreement”) signed 29 January 2019 (the “Effective Date”) between the Center for Research Libraries (“CRL”) and East View Information Services, Inc. (“EVIS”), the parties agreed to the following Terms of Agreement1 on behalf of CRL Member Institutions and Participating Non-Member Institutions (“Participants”) as listed in Schedule 1.
